Registration fee includes: attendance of all hearings throughout the conference, participant bag, coffee –breaks and use of simultaneous translation equipment.

Registration fee refunds

 

Registration fee reclamation orders must be in writing and are subject to a $50 administrative fee. Full refunds, minus the service charge, will be given if the reclamation order is postmarked by the 23rd of March 2010. A 50% refund will be given if the request is postmarked after the 23rd of March 2010. No refunds will be processed after the 23rd of May, 2010. Please allow 8-10 weeks for processing of the refunds.
